Program Highlights

Todays multibillion-dollar sports industry is brimming with career opportunities in communication and media promotion. From collegiate athletics and professional leagues to sports journalism and athlete representation, theres an increasing need for skilled, professional communicators who can navigate the dynamic landscape of sports and esports media. Through Bryants major in Sport Industries, Media, and Promotion, youll build both the required knowledge and the technical expertise to lead within a competitive market.

Our program looks holistically at the sports industry so that you can better understand how to engage with various organizations and audiences. Learn the ins and outs of sports and digital media production, event planning and promotion, and public relations management. Not only will you work with Bryants high-tech digital media and broadcasting equipment, but youll also gain hands-on experience through real-world projects and by collaborating with Bryants DI and club teams right here on campus.

Youll also look at the organizational structures of different national and international organizations and explore the economic, legal, and societal issues that impact the industry. Our interdisciplinary curriculum paired with a minor in the College of Business will set you apart as a sports industry professional.

Christian Fauria

As a two-time Super Bowl champion and veteran of both the NFL and sports broadcasting, Ive seen what it takes for teams to succeedon the field, in the media, and in the boardroom. Our program equips students with the skills to thrive in this competitive industry. We emphasize the unique dynamics of sports organizations, the power of storytelling, and the value of strong relationships. Youll learn from real-world experience and be ready to shape the future of the field.

91勛圖 undergraduate students, all enrolled in the universitys Advanced Sports Broadcasting: Road to Radio Row course, joined industry titans on Radio Row where they spent three days broadcasting live shows and creating social media content ahead of Super Bowl LX between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks.
